Turkmen enterprise Gurban, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, produces more than 123,000 chicken eggs daily, part of which is sold domestically while the rest is exported, the newspaper Rysgal reported on Monday.
The company’s modern poultry complex is located in the Gyzylarbat district of Balkan velayat and houses over 213,000 laying hens. The farm attributes the high quality and large size of its eggs to a modern feed base and professional poultry care.
Turkmen Company Gurban also operates greenhouse facilities for growing tomatoes. In Kaakhka district of Ahal velayat, the company has been allocated 20 hectares of land on a long-term basis, with about 5 hectares used for a modern greenhouse complex. Automated equipment based on advanced Turkish technology enables the company to produce a stable, high-quality harvest year-round.
The greenhouse-grown tomatoes, known for their freshness and eco-friendly cultivation, are supplied to both domestic and foreign markets. Export volumes reach hundreds of tons each season. This year, the farm is preparing for the next harvest, with seedlings growing in the greenhouses and seasonal sowing and other agricultural work underway.
