The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan Turkmenbashi is offering customers an Internet Banking service that allows them to carry out various banking operations online without visiting a bank, according to the bank.
Customers who activate the Internet Banking service can check their account balances, track the status of payment documents submitted to the bank and make payments without visiting a bank. They can also submit online applications for loans and the opening of additional bank accounts.
The service also allows customers to pay principal and interest on mortgages and other loans, as well as bills for Altyn Asyr mobile services, the Ashgabat City Telephone System, internet and IP-TV services. Customers can also obtain bank card statements through the service.
According to the bank, all these operations can be carried out at any time using an internet-connected personal computer, tablet or mobile phone. Customers who want to use the “Internet Banking” service can apply at the bank’s head office or branches.
