Ak Ýaprak economic society, located in Sungche village in Baherden district of Ahal province, produces an average of 1,200 tons of fruit juice per month, or 14,400 tons annually, Ahal Durmushy newspaper reported on Thursday.
Production at the company increases to two shifts during the summer as demand for fruit juices and cold beverages rises. The company operates on a 5-hectare site, where fruit juices are washed, prepared, packaged and tested for quality. The facility also has warehouses and refrigeration units for storing raw materials and finished products.
The company produces apple, peach, lemon, orange, tomato and blackcurrant-flavored juices under the “7gün”, “Aýla” and “Içäý” brands, as well as iced tea. Its production facilities include equipment from leading companies in Sweden, Türkiye, the Netherlands and Italy, with a combined capacity of producing 7,000 liters of fruit juice per hour.
The products undergo quality testing before packaging. Fruit juices are produced in 0.33-liter, 0.95-liter and 1-liter containers, while packaging materials are purchased from Türkiye, Russia and China.
A member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Ak Ýaprak began operations in 2014. Its products are sold on the domestic market and exported to dozens of foreign countries.
