The private enterprise Altyn Nur Zamany, located in Balkanabat, produces about 30 types of products in glass containers. Its range includes canned cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers, as well as various types of jam, fruit preserves and juices, the e- newspaper Golden Age reported.
The enterprise, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, combines agricultural production with processing. It operates its own greenhouse and a fruit and vegetable processing workshop equipped with modern machinery from leading global manufacturers.

According to the report, the enterprise expands its product range based on consumer demand. Its products are supplied to the domestic market and are also in demand abroad.
Mushroom production is another area of the enterprise’s activities. Previously Golden Age reported that mushrooms are grown year-round in a greenhouse in Duzmergen, near Balkanabat. Part of the harvest is sold fresh, while the remainder is processed into canned mushrooms.
