The mini-factory in Dashoguz launched mass production of outdoor tiles with 3D effect. The new product has resistance to mechanical loads, anti-slip surface, waterproof layer and visual advantages. When changing the angle of view, the pattern formed when laying the coating creates a stereoscopic effect.
There are also floor tiles with Turkmen carpet ornaments and floral decorations, and various types of manholes among the products of the factory.
The private enterprise is headed by Azat Sabirov, member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Construction companies in the region and private persons are among the customers of the enterprise.
The plates for interior and exterior decoration of buildings, pavement coverings, decorative balusters, and fences are displayed in the sales area located in the territory of the mini-factory. The capacity of the enterprise, equipped with high-performance European equipment, is 30,000 square meters of products annually.
In accordance with market demands, along with the use of ready-made matrices, the team launched the production of its own forms for plates that allow to implement original design ideas and offer marketing advantages.
The factory currently manufactures ten types of products using domestic raw materials with favorable price and high quality. To meet the demands of the construction market, the company also designs and develops manufacturing of specialized products using artificial marble.
