The Instruction on Filling in Transit Declaration Form, approved by Order No.64 of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan dated May 20, entered into force on July 24.
According to the website of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, the instruction determines the procedure for filling in the transit declaration form when placing goods under the customs regime of internal customs transit and customs transit.
The transit declaration form is filled by the person receiving the permit for customs transit or customs broker.
Filling the declaration by customs broker is held in accordance with the information specified in the documents sent with the goods.
