July is considered an important period in the agricultural industry in Turkmenistan. At present time, entrepreneurs engaged in the processing of vegetable and melon products, have started processing the new harvest grown by Turkmen farmers.
Ayly Yaz economic society located in the city of Dashoguz produces tomato paste, juices, pickled tomatoes, garlic, hot peppers, salads, salted cabbage, spicy and sweet ketchup, as well as various types of jams. The company is able to produce 5 million units of products annually.
The products are preserved in glass jars produced in Turkmenistan. The demand for the products of the 5-year old company has been constantly growing in the domestic market. The company will now export its products to Afghanistan.
