The Kipchak Textile Complex named after S.A.Niyazov and the cotton waste recycling plant in Buzmeyin etrap will be converted to Open Joint Stock Companies (OJSC).
During the session of the Cabinet of Minister of Turkmenistan held on Friday, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the proposal of Deputy Prime Minister Mammetkhan Chakyev to convert these enterprises into OJSC and gave specific instructions to continue the planned work.
These plans envision the modernization of these industrial enterprises by supplying them with the latest high-tech equipment.
The government also takes measures to improve legal proceedings and increase textile enterprises’ efficiency.
