As part of the implementation of the program of socio-economic development of the Lebap province for 2019-2025, Turkmen entrepreneurs plan to build and commission a number of production facilities in Lebap velayat’s Charjev city in upcoming years, including a modern plant for the production of canned goods, small factories manufacturing distribution boxes for lighting fixtures, aluminum window and door profiles, polyethylene pipes, and a brick factory.
Mini-factories for the production of ceramic tiles will appear in the cities of Gazojak, Halach, Dyanev, Hojambaz and Sayat etrap. The entrepreneurs will also establish two factories in Dovletli etrap with the annual production capacity of 50 thousand tons of mixed building materials each. They have already begun the construction of most of the small production facilities.
The program also covers agriculture sector. The rice cleaning and processing plant with a capacity of 10 thousand tons per year is in the final stage of construction. Turkmen entrepreneurs will also establish a modern farm, designed to produce 500 tons of poultry meat and more than 2 million eggs per year, in the Koytendag etrap. The construction of modern highly mechanized livestock complexes in the Halach and Sayat etraps is also underway.
