Rowaçly Çeşme Individual Enterprise launched the production of yogurt in its plant in Mary velayat’s Mary etrap in the southeastern Turkmenistan. The company currently produces and distributes to consumers six varieties of this product.
The enterprise, launched in December last year, also produces kefir, ayran, cottage cheese, and chekize (Turkmen dairy product). The plant equipped with modern machinery is designed to process one ton of milk per hour and 1.5 thousand tons of milk per year.
The milk necessary for production is purchased from local population on a contractual basis.
Before the products delivery to retail stores, they are subjected to quality control in the laboratory located at enterprise’s production plant.
