Turkmen Customs Service, UNCTAD Vow to Continue Cooperation
The parties expressed confidence in further active continuation of fruitful cooperation between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and UNCTAD.

State Customs Service of Turkmenistan hosted on Monday the meeting with the delegation led by Dmitry Godunov, Regional Coordinator of the United Nations Trade and Development Conference (UNCTAD).

The parties discussed the progress of implementation of the ASYCUDA WORLD integrated customs information system in collaboration with UNCTAD at the customs authorities.

The officials also exchanged views on the issue of organizing the exchange of customs data between the customs authorities of neighboring and other states with the implementation of ASYCUDA.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence in further active continuation of fruitful cooperation between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and UNCTAD.

Within the framework of the signed project agreement on technical cooperation on the implementation of the ASYCUDA World integrated customs information system between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the UNCTAD, the full scale implementation of the electronic goods declaration system started from January 1 in all customs authorities of the country.
