Enterprise in Southeastern Turkmenistan Produces over 40 Types of Sausages
The enterprise produces smoked, half-smoked, hunter sausages and other types of Perwana branded sausages made from beef and chicken.

Enterprise for the production of sausages in the city of Mary in the southeastern Turkmenistan produces 42 types of products under the Perwana trademark.

Businessman Tirkishmyrat Saparov launched the enterprise in April 2017. Belarusian and Turkish-made equipment installed at the enterprise allows monthly production of about 200 tons of sausages.

The enterprise produces smoked, half-smoked, hunter sausages and other types of Perwana branded sausages made from beef and chicken.

The main specialist for production of the enterprise Kuvvatgeldi Geldimyradov said the raw materials necessary for the production are purchased from the local population on a contractual basis. He added the finished products are tested in the laboratory before their delivery to the stores.

Currently, the enterprise employs over 70 people. The specialists of the enterprise consistently study the achievements of modern science, strive to introduce them into production and expand the range of produced food products.
