The Turkmen-Turkish company BHK Greenhouse, a provider of modern turnkey greenhouse projects, aims to organize a large-scale crop rotation in Turkmenistan.
In an interview with the Ashgabat-based Business Reklama newspaper, the manager of BHK Greenhouse or Bereketli Halal Gazanç in Turkmenistan Yalkim Meredov said the company works together with Turkish businessmen.
Meredov said the Turkish businessmen incorporate the latest developments of scientists of higher agricultural and scientific educational institutions of Turkey into their work, adding that “once the scientists have studied the soil and determined where to get the highest yield from greenhouses, they are working on the installation of mobile crop plots”.
Meredov said they have so far experimented with mobile crop plots in Ahal velayat’s Ak Bugday and Ovadandepe etraps, added that, "the greenhouses we have built there have allowed us to reap a bountiful harvest of gourd crops. In the future we plan to carry out such work in all corners of the country".
BHK Greenhouse intends to mass-install modern greenhouses in the country and attract farmers and agricultural businesses. Currently, the number of orders received by the company has started to increase.
