Turkmen Company Exports 2,000 Car Batteries to Afghanistan
The enterprise produced over 40,000 batteries under Kuwwat, Ýyldyrym and TM Power trademarks in 2019.

Kökçi Economic Society, a private automotive battery manufacturer in Turkmenistan, exported more than 2,000 products to Afghanistan this year.

The enterprise, located in the 2nd industrial zone of Turkmenabat, produced over 40,000 batteries under Kuwwat, Ýyldyrym and TM Power trademarks in 2019.

Batteries with capacities starting from 60 amp hours up to 190 amp hours are designed for both passenger cars and trucks.

Kökçi obtains the necessary raw materials for production by recycling the old batteries.

The company, founded in 2016, currently employs 80 specialists and uses Turkish and Japanese machinery in the production of batteries.
