Batly Gadam Individual Enterprise, located in the city of Balkanabat of Turkmenistan’s western province of Balkan, produced more than 150 new models of socks under its new Daz brand in the first four months of this year.
The company’s production facility, equipped with advanced European machinery, produces 20 million pairs of socks a year. The products are also exported to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia, the major Turkmen business union – Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) – announced on Wednesday.
The Turkmen enterprise also produces cotton yarn that are fully compliant with world standards.
Batly Gadam company aims to produce more import substituting products and increase exports to foreign markets.
