A training and service centers for the repair and maintenance of KAMAZ vehicles opened in Turkmenistan’s Mary and Lebap provinces on Sunday, on the eve of the 31st anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.
The center in Mary was built by Askan company, and the center in Lebap was constructed by Awtotrans company. The centers erected by order of KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP can service of up to ten vehicles a day, the official Turkmen media reports.
Each of the training and service centers includes an administrative building, a warehouse and a repair shop. They also house a car wash, a parking lot with a shed and water tanks, and a warehouse.
The construction of the centers was carried out in accordance with the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan on the construction of training and maintenance centers for KAMAZ vehicles in Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary provinces.
The celebrations to mark the commissioning of the KAMAZ training and maintenance centers was attended by leadership and specialists of the transport sector of Turkmenistan, the Board of Directors of KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP, representatives of public organizations, and honorary elders.
In November last year, a KAMAZ training and service center opened in Turkmenbashi district of Turkmenistan’s western province of Balkan.
