From the beginning of 2023, the meat products maker Türkmen Galkan will increase its production capacity through the introduction of new product – boiled sausage Ezber, the Turkmen newspaper Rysgal reported on Sunday. This product is marketed to cocnsuemrs in a 500-gram package.
The company, located in the village of Konekesir in Balkan province’s Magtymguly district, is equipped with advanced Russian machinery. The enterprise engaged in the production of meat and sausage products produces 500 kilograms of food products daily.
The company operates a livestock farm with dozens of cattle and small cattle. Meat and sausage products under the Galkan brand are packaged using in vacuum packaging method.
The private company also makes Nowça semi-smoked sausage, smoked sausage, gowurdak, smoked turkey meat, gowurdak in lamb tripe, smoked tail fat, Altyn çeşme sausage, and liver gowurdak.
