Oil Refineries Complex announces tender for the purchase of materials

Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex on behalf of the Commission on competitive (tender) selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan announces

INTERNATIONAL TENDER

for the purchase of materials and equipment for the facilities of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex.

You are invited to the FER Department of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex:

• to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers;
• to be familiar with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive the package of tender documents after paying 575 US dollars (with including VAT)

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application. Packages with tender proposals should be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account. Commercial offers should be delivered in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain the technical characteristics, the second envelope contains the commercial offers with prices for the proposed materials and equipment.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 business days from the date of publication until 5:00 pm local time.
