Oil Refineries Complex announces tender for the purchase of paper with watermark

Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex on behalf of the Commission on (tender) selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan announces INTERNATIONAL TENDER for the purchase of paper with watermark.

You are invited to the FER Department of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries:

• to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers;
• to be familiar with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive the package of tender documents after paying 575 US dollars.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication of the announcement.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

Tender proposal in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain the commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of work.
