Turkmenbashi Refinery extends international tender for construction of hydrogen production unit

The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries on behalf of the commission for competitive (tender) selection of suppliers of goods, works and services of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan extends an international tender for the development of tender proposals for the design, construction, commissioning and commissioning of the hydrogen production unit at the refinery

Potential bidders are invited to the address of Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries:

• to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers;
• get acquainted with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive the package of tender documents after paying 1,725 US dollars.

Bids are accepted at the address below within 45 business days from the date of publication of the announcement.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

Tender proposal must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second - a commercial proposal.
