Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan announces international tender for mosque construction
The Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for the design and construction of a mosque and landscaping of the surrounding area in the new administrative center of Ahal province
To participate in the tender, parties must submit a written application and receive the relevant documents.
Tender proposals must be submitted in two envelopes. The first envelope must contain technical specifications, the second envelope – a commercial offer with the proposed prices.
