President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Tuesday signed a Resolution allowing the Türkmenaragatnaşyk (Turkmen Communications) Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to conclude a contract with Baş Bina Economic Society from its own funds for the design and construction of an administrative building for the communications center in the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan province, with landscaping of the adjacent territory.
This document is aimed at transforming the architectural and urban appearance of the Balkan province and creating the most favorable working conditions for communication sector employees, successfully fulfilling the tasks outlined in the "President of Turkmenistan's Program of Socio-Economic Development of the Country for 2022-2028," as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
The document instructs to commence construction work in June 2024 and to deliver the facility fully ready for operation by September 2026.
