The branch of the company Weatherford Oil Tool Middle East Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces a tender for the service of leasing office space in the city of Ashgabat

Offers received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

The company reserves the right to accept any of the received proposals or not to accept any of them.

All tender documentation must be prepared, signed by the authorized person, scanned, and archived in ZIP format (see *).

The tender documentation must include:

1. Commercial proposal.
2. Extract from the unified state register of legal entities (unified state register of entrepreneurs).
3. Copies of licenses, certificates, and other documents confirming permission to perform the required type of work.

The company reserves the right to request additional and other documentation.

The company reserves the right to conduct a technical audit of the bidder to confirm all indicators specified in the tender documentation and to assess the ability to fulfill the contract.

Preference will be given to counterparties who:

• Offer the best price.
• Agree with the project contract in full, including the payment condition based on the actual completion of work (services).
• Provide all the necessary tender documents.
• Have the necessary licenses to perform the work.

The bidder should be aware that:

• The absence of the required number of documents may be a reason for rejecting the submitted offers.
• The company is not responsible for refusing to conclude a contract with counterparts who have submitted a proposal for this transaction.
• The company reserves the right to extend the offer submission deadline.
• The company conducts negotiations on price only with the person authorized to sign contracts through face-to-face meetings.
• The company does not conduct price negotiations by telephone. If the bidder cannot participate in face-to-face negotiations, they will be allowed to submit their final proposal.

Tender proposals are accepted within 15 days from the date of official publication in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 local time.
