Turkmenabat International Airport Announces Tender for CCTV System Maintenance

Turkmenabat International Airport of the Türkmenhowaýollary Agency announces a tender to select a contractor for ensuring the uninterrupted operation and timely technical maintenance of the CCTV system at the Turkmenabat International Airport complex

To participate in the tender, interested companies must submit the following documents:

• A tender application indicating the full name of the applicant, its experience in this field, legal status, and details, along with the applicant’s founding documents, power of attorney, copy of the representative’s passport, and the representative’s contact phone numbers;
• Information about the company’s experience in this field;
• Power of attorney for the company’s authorized representative;
• Payment receipt for the registration fee of 70.00 manats (including VAT). The registration fee is non-refundable.

Applications must include the company’s full name, legal status, registration, and founding documents with validity periods, as well as a copy of the representative’s passport.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The bank details for the registration fee payment will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted at the Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this announcement, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM local time.

A complete tender proposal, stamped and sealed, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the specified address starting from the announcement’s publication date. Proposals will only be reviewed after payment of the tender fee.

The tender proposal must include electronic versions of the documents, key contract terms (in Word format), as well as technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
