CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for the purchase of molecular sieves

The branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No.CIT-23062-MR for the purchase of molecular sieves for GPP-2 PD (В) in Bagtyyarlyk Contract Territory, Lebap Area, Turkmenistan

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• Application form for participation with bid number and name.
• Company's brief information about the company indicating the main activities/business, company full name, its legal status, the country of registration and requisites. Information about the local registration and licensing of the company.
• Financial status and audit information in the last three years issued by independent company.
• For local Company it is necessary to provide certificate copy of registration in Union of Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Turkmenistan.
• Experiences list of procurement of the similar services for the last 3 years.
• Company official letter concerning the willingness to bid bond, in case of passed prequalification process and participated in tender.

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
