Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan explored prospects for expanding cooperation in the chemical industry and developing new areas of partnership, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan reported.
The issue was discussed during a meeting between Resul Myradov, chairman of the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern, and Nurlan Nogaуev, ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan, on Thursday in Ashgabat.
Тhe sides also discussed ways to develop cooperation, exchange experience, and increase bilateral trade.
In the first nine months of 2025, the bilateral trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan reached $363.6 million.
