Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received congratulatory messages from foreign counterparts on the occasion of the New Year, the official Turkmen media reported on Sunday.
The President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier; the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda; the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko; the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov; the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyed Ebrahim Raisi and President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas congratulated the Head of State on the New Year Day occasion.
In their congratulatory messages, the leaders of foreign countries wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, great success in his work and happiness, and to the Turkmen people, well-being and prosperity in the coming year.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, also received a congratulatory letter from the Head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society, Neda Berger.
