Turkmen companies take part in the 21st Uzbekistan International Exhibition for Construction UzBuild 2020, which began on Tuesday in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
Turkmen companies, including Döwletli Döwran and Mizemez Gadam, together with 400 companies from 25 countries introduce their products at the international exhibition.
In an interview with Business Turkmenistan, Turkmen companies’ representatives underlined the great interest of foreign companies in Turkmen products. Turkmen entrepreneurs have gained a wide opportunity to get acquainted with the production of other companies.
Döwletli-Döwran Economic Society was founded in 2006. The company, which started with the production of ordinary bricks, modernized its plant in 2019. The plant, covering an area of 280 thousand square meters in Lebap velayat’s Halach etrap in the southeastern Turkmenistan, produces six types of construction products. The annual production capacity of the plant is 80 million bricks.
Mizemez Gadam Individual enterprise also produces construction materials in the Lebap velayat. The company mainly produces and exports bitumen and dry mortar.
The 21st edition of the largest construction fair in Uzbekistan, UzBuild 2020, is held from February 25 to 28. The participants present various construction products, including cement, bricks, windows, doors, interior and exterior finishes, bitumen and electrical equipment at the exhibition.
The international event also includes conferences, bilateral negotiations, and business meetings. Following the exhibition, a number of agreements are expected to be signed.
