The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Wednesday trades registered deals on the procurement of liquefied gas, hydrotreated fuel and yarn for $24.5 million.

Businesses from Afghanistan bought 6 thousand tons of liquefied gas worth $2.13 million, according to the SCRMET.

The Emirati and Afghan businesses bought 30 thousand tons of hydrotreated diesel fuel, the price of a ton of which is $629.75. The total value of transactions amounted to $18.89 million.

In addition, Turkish businessmen bought yarn worth $3.5 million.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to $20.86 million.
