Altynnur Zamany company, located in Balkanabat city of Balkan province, produces various packaged products from mushrooms, Turkmenistan’s Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs press service reported on Thursday.
The company, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, employs 50 specialists and currently grows two types of mushrooms - champignons and oyster mushrooms.
According to the report, following processing, the mushrooms are dumped into the pier and packed into glass containers. Altynnur Zamany is equipped with advanced technologies and produces 1,000 mushrooms per hour, packed in 480-gram glass containers.
According to experts of Altynnur Zamany, the planted mushrooms are harvested after a month. Harvesting takes about two months, and for regular harvesting company uses equipment imported from China and Japan.
Altynnur Zamany also produces jam from various fruits.
