Polat Dokma we Söwda produces high-quality knitted fabrics, synthetic and cotton yarns for the carpets and rugs production, Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.
The company, located in Ak Bugday district of Ahal province, is equipped with modern Turkish equipment and produces polypropylene complex yarns. It can produce 2 tons of 4 types of knitted fabrics and 9 tons of multifilament yarn daily.
According to the report, the products are environmentally friendly, durable, resistant to external influences, and of high quality. Raw materials for production are received from cotton-spinning and yarn enterprises of Turkmenistan and a polymer plant in Gyyanly.
Garment factories and carpet mills in Turkmenistan sew sports clothes, mats, rugs, synthetic carpets, bedspreads, and bed sets for children from the products of Polat Dokma we Söwda and send them to shopping malls.
The company exports its products to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Moldova.
