SCRMET: Afghan Entrepreneurs Show High Demand for Liquefied Gas

At the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) on Wednesday, Afghan entrepreneurs purchased liquefied gas totaling $4.85 million, SCRMET reported.

Representatives from Turkish business circles acquired Grade B urea produced by the Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern, with the total transaction amounting to $1.4 million.

Additionally, representatives from the Serbian business community concluded a deal to purchase dense licorice root extract, unpeeled dried licorice root and rhizomes, as well as dry licorice root extract, totaling $1,377 million.

Last week, transactions totaling $45,320,000 were concluded at the SCRMET.
