The total volume of non-cash transactions via bank cards in Turkmenistan from January to March of the current year surpassed 3 billion 576.86 million manats, as reported in the electronic journal Bank habarlary, published by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
The overall amount of non-cash payments made through terminals during the corresponding period amounted to 3 billion 121 million 565 thousand 538 manats.
According to the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, the sum of payments made in January-March through the e-Commerce system exceeded 329 million 862.3 thousand manats, and surpassed 4 million 143.2 thousand manats through the "Mobile Bank" system.
Furthermore, the total amount of non-cash payments made through ATMs amounted to over 103 million 324.2 thousand manats and 527.6 thousand manats through the "Internet Bank" system.
As reported, transactions exceeding 17 million 440.71 thousand manats were conducted through the Halkbank terminal system.
