President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on Monday signed a Decree appointing a new mayor of Arkadag City, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media.
According to the document, Gulshat Sahyyevna Mammedova has been appointed as the mayor of Arkadag City.
The Head of State relieved Shamuhammet Durdylyyev from the position of mayor of Arkadag City due to health reasons.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also held a working online meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Tanryguly Atahallyyev, overseeing the agro-industrial complex, and heads of the province administrations, during which the progress of seasonal agricultural work in the country was discussed.
