The city of Ashgabat will construct four nine-story residential buildings with 36 apartments each, four nine-story residential buildings with 54 apartments each, and two nine-story residential buildings with 72 apartments each in the residential complex Parahat-7.
President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution authorizing ministries, departments, and the administration of Ashgabat to conclude contracts with local construction companies for the design and construction of 10 residential buildings in the capital's residential complex Parahat-7, including landscaping of adjacent areas, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Tuesday.
The document is aimed at successfully addressing the tasks outlined in the President of Turkmenistan's Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the country for 2022–2028, creating comfortable living and leisure conditions for the population, and further enhancing the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat.
The document instructs to commence construction works in May 2024 and to complete the facilities with full readiness for operation by September 2026.
