On Sunday, President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov, attended the grand opening of the new building complex of the Berdimuhamet Annayev Specialized Military School of the Ministry of Defense in the capital, Ashgabat.
The development of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, loyalty to the wise traditions of their ancestors, responsibility for the future of the Motherland, and ensuring conditions for the comprehensive and harmonious development of young citizens—enabling them to receive a modern education and pursue chosen professions—remains a priority of the state policy of independent, neutral Turkmenistan, which is confidently progressing on the path of peace and creation.
Turkmenistan, having declared positive neutrality, peacefulness, good neighborliness, and constructive international cooperation as the key principles of its state policy, is implementing a Military Doctrine that is purely defensive. This doctrine aims to ensure the security of the country and the high defense capability of the National Army, which guarantees the peaceful and prosperous life of the people. The comprehensive measures being taken to modernize the Armed Forces, initiated by Hero-Arkadag and now being implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, are directed toward these goals. One of the priorities of this work is improving the training of the young generation of military personnel, who will continue the noble traditions of their illustrious ancestors.

Also on Sunday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended the inauguration ceremony of the new building complex of the Ashgabat City Administration.
The President’s continuous efforts to further enhance the architectural landscape of Ashgabat are reflected in the dynamic development of the city, recognized as the jewel of Asia. The infrastructure of Ashgabat, encompassing all the features of a well-rounded city, is constantly evolving, with architectural complexes being complemented by new buildings and structures.
This is exemplified by the construction of the Ashgabat City Administration complex, which includes the Pension Fund, the Department of Labor and Employment, and the Main Directorate of Education and Culture.
The design of the complex harmoniously blends the best principles of national architecture with modern trends in architectural style. The facilities, meeting international standards, fully provide comfortable working conditions for employees and specialists. The complex also reflects the principle of “The State for the People!” embedded in Turkmenistan's political strategy.
The multi-story complex includes a 300-seat conference hall, over 110 fully equipped offices, a 120-seat cafeteria, and various technical facilities.
The offices are furnished with all the necessary equipment, including computers, furniture, and other tools, to meet the demands of efficient work in this field.
