Ajaýyp ussat-halal önümler economic society, located in the Baherden district of Ahal province, is actively expanding its production of high-quality marble beef.
As reported by Turkmenistan’s official media on Thursday, the enterprise, which operates on more than 10,000 hectares of land, successfully produces both dairy and meat products from Holstein and Simmental cows. The farm also breeds Aberdeen Angus cows, allowing them to offer consumers premium-quality marble beef.
The company's specialists are working diligently to increase production volumes and improve product quality.
In 2018, Ajaýyp ussat-halal önümler broadened its horizons by opening a new complex for producing premium beef, including marble beef, which is highly valued for its taste. For this, 60 Aberdeen Angus cattle were purchased from Germany, with additional livestock from Russia.
Founded in 2015, the company initially focused on breeding Holstein cows, known for their high productivity and milk quality. In 2018, the company opened a new complex dedicated to the production of premium beef.
