A new settlement covering 98 hectares is currently under construction in the Taze Yol settlement of the Koneurgench district in the Dashoguz velayat. Upon completion, the project will feature 400 homes, including two-story cottages, ensuring comfortable living and recreation for future residents, as reported by official media of Turkmenistan on Wednesday.

The settlement will include essential social and cultural facilities, as well as developed transport and engineering infrastructure. Planned social facilities include a modern school for 420 students, a kindergarten for 160 children, a health center, a cultural center, a communication center, and a wedding hall named "Toy Mekany" with a capacity of 500. Developers also plan to open a shopping center with an indoor market and stores, along with a fire station.

To improve transport links, construction will include two new bridges over the Han-Yap canal and drainage collector, providing safe and comfortable passage at any time of day. A new greenhouse, intended to grow mushrooms and lemons, will play a key role in providing jobs for local residents.

Private specialized enterprises actively participate in the construction.

In 2025, Turkmenistan plans to commission approximately 500,000 square meters of residential space, schools for 4,620 students, and kindergartens for 2,000 children.
