The individual enterprise Rysgally Pagta operating under the Dashoguz Regional Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan has started producing synthetic nonwoven fabric, which is in demand in the light industry.

The private production facility is equipped with modern machinery from leading foreign companies and is focused on manufacturing import-substituting products, as reported by the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan, published on Tuesday.

In the second half of last year alone, the company produced more than three tons of nonwoven fabric, which is supplied to domestic customers.

The enterprise occupies a significant area, including production and warehouse facilities. The workshops are equipped with machinery for producing synthetic yarn, a process that generates a large amount of heat.

The nonwoven fabric produced at the enterprise is lightweight, elastic, and compact. It is made from polyester fibers and recycled polyethylene. The finished product is used not only in the textile industry but also in toy manufacturing.

The head of the enterprise, Ikram Dosmatov, said that all conditions are provided to meet modern standards, including environmental norms. The production processes are automated, which improves product quality.

The report mentions plans to increase production capacity in the future and switch to a two-shift work schedule.

The company also processes textile waste and cotton waste, from which household cotton in rolls is produced for the manufacture of furniture and mattresses.
