Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Construction and Architecture has announced an international tender for the capital reconstruction of Ankara Street in Ashgabat. The tender was published on Wednesday in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Applications and proposals from interested organizations are being accepted in accordance with established procedures and are to be submitted to the Ministry’s Department of Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations.
The deadline for submission is October 8, 2025, at the following address: 84 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat.
Ankara Street intersects with the “10 Years of Prosperity” Avenue, Archabil Avenue, Atamyrat Niyazov Avenue, and Oguzhan Street. Historically known as Jubilee Street, it was renamed Ankara Street in honor of the capital of Türkiye.
Ashgabat is also continuing large-scale reconstruction works along the Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue.
