Turkmenistan ranked among the top 10 countries supplying goods to Uzbekistan by import volume in January–November 2025, according to a report by Uzbekistan’s State Statistics Committee.
With imports totaling $926.2 million, Turkmenistan placed eighth among Uzbekistan’s largest trading partners. Other countries in the top 10 included China ($12.8 billion), Russia ($7.8 billion), Kazakhstan ($3 billion), Türkiye ($1.7 billion), South Korea ($1.5 billion), Germany and India (about $1 billion each), Belarus ($698.8 million) and the United States ($656.1 million).
Uzbekistan’s total imports during the reporting period reached $41.9 billion, up 18.7% from the same period a year earlier. Goods and services were imported from 180 countries.
Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in January–November 2025 totaled $1.064 billion.
