A residential complex and social infrastructure facilities for chemical industry workers are under construction in Guvlymayak village in the Turkmenbashi District of Balkan Velayat by order of the state concern Türkmenhimiýa. The construction is being carried out by the private enterprise Dürli ýaz, according to a report published Thursday in the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The project предусматривает строительство six four-story residential buildings with 32 apartments each, four buildings with 40 apartments and two buildings with 60 apartments. In addition to housing, the new neighborhood will include a general education secondary school, a kindergarten and a shopping and entertainment center.
The future residential area is designed as a modern township. Alongside residential buildings, a full infrastructure is being developed, including external engineering and communication networks such as electricity supply, gas and water supply, telecommunications and sewerage systems.
According to the report, builders of Dürli ýaz are contributing to the development of housing infrastructure in the country’s western region. Thanks to the company’s projects, hundreds of families receive new apartments each year.
