Private enterprise Ojar Aziýa is implementing a project to build 187 two-story residential cottages in the city of Mary. The housing development is being constructed on a 22-hectare site along the Ashgabat–Mary highway.
A total of 59 homes have already been commissioned, a company representative told Business Turkmenistan during the Cooperation and Development exhibition held April 2–4 in Ashgabat.

The representative said Ojar Aziýa is also involved in the large-scale modernization of the region’s road network. Projects include the reconstruction of urban streets in Mary, construction of access roads to farming associations, and development of new highways. The upgrades will cover both urban areas and rural districts, including the Murgap and Vekilbazar districts.
The company is also pursuing investment projects beyond construction. In the Serhetabat etrap, plans include the development of a modern flour-milling complex with full-cycle facilities, from grain intake and drying to processing and storage.
In the Mary etrap, the company plans to build a multifunctional livestock complex with an annual capacity of 3,450 tons of cow’s milk, 360 tons of goat’s milk, and 110 tons of meat.
A hotel complex with roadside infrastructure for motorists is also planned in the Serhetabat etrap.
Founded in 2008, Ojar Aziýa operates in road construction, transport and logistics services, residential and industrial development, as well as municipal infrastructure.
