As of March 1, 2026, 18 enterprises with Turkmen capital operate in Uzbekistan’s construction sector, according to data from the State Committee on Statistics of Uzbekistan published Wednesday.
In total, the country’s construction sector includes 1,160 companies with foreign participation.
Enterprises with Turkmen capital are also present in the transportation and storage sector, where their number stands at 15.
Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan totaled $149.5 million in January–February 2026.
