The private enterprise Maksada Okgunly has recently launched production of turkey pâté, which is already in high demand among consumers, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan said on Friday.

According to the report, canned turkey products are produced in three varieties: from white thigh meat, red breast meat, and meat with bones, including the neck portion. The products are packaged in 480-gram cans.

The enterprise is located in Gokdepe disrtict of Ahal province and includes a specialized turkey farming complex covering 23 hectares. The facility raises meat turkeys and produces sausages, frozen samsa, dumplings, cutlets, manty and other semi-finished products, as well as related products.

Currently, more than 12,500 turkeys are kept at the enterprise, which is actively supplying nutritious and high-quality meat to retail outlets across the country.

The private enterprise Maksada Okgunly was established in 1998 and became one of the first in the country to develop industrial turkey meat processing.
