The state concern Turkmennebit has announced an international open tender to develop proposals for improving the production of road and construction bitumen at the Turkmenbashy Oil Refinery Complex, according to the announcement published on Saturday in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The tender is open to manufacturing companies and licensors with at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field and meeting the requirements outlined in the tender documents.
Participants are invited to submit proposals to improve the technological process for producing road and construction bitumen at the refinery complex. Tender applications will be accepted within 30 working days from the date of the official announcement’s publication.
Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be considered. Tender information and technical documentation are available on the official websites of the www.oilgas.gov.tm and turkmennebit.gov.tm.
