Turkmenistan plans to build a fertilizer complex to produce ammonium nitrate and urea in the Dashoguz province, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported on Wednesday.
State Concern Turkmenhimiya has announced an international tender for the turnkey design and construction of the facility. The company invited interested firms to participate in the bidding process.
To obtain the tender documents, participants must submit an application and pay the required tender fee. The submission of bids will begin after payment is confirmed.
Tender proposals will be accepted for 30 working days from the date the notice was published in Neutral Turkmenistan. The documents must be submitted to State Concern Turkmenhimiya in Ashgabat.
