The ceramic plant of the Döwletli Döwran business association, located in Lebap province’s Halach district, exports its products to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. The yellow and red ceramic wall and facing bricks produced by the company are in high demand in both domestic and foreign markets, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported Tuesday.

According to the article, the plant is equipped with modern machinery from Verdes, Beralmar, Messersi and Fanuc. Its production capacity allows it to produce 192,000 tons of products annually or up to 80 million ceramic bricks.

All stages of production are automated: brick transportation, cutting, stacking and drying are carried out by robotic systems, while moisture, pressure and temperature are regulated by a centralized control system. Firing and drying are monitored by intelligent regulators, while industrial manipulators handle packaging.

The bricks produced by the plant are resistant to various weather conditions, while air chambers inside them provide additional thermal insulation. Before being shipped to consumers, finished products undergo checks for compliance with geometric parameters, as well as integrity and strength.

The plant was commissioned in December 2020. About 200 specialists currently work at the facility. According to the article, the enterprise occupies an area of 28 hectares and is among the leading production facilities in Turkmenistan.
