Turkmen textile companies will showcase their products at the Fast Textile 2026 international trade fair in Rzgów, Poland. Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved a proposal for domestic manufacturers to participate in the exhibition, Turkmenistan’s official media reported.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyyev reported on measures to increase the textile industry’s export potential at a Cabinet meeting held in digital format Friday. He said domestic textile companies are expected to participate in the Fast Textile 2026 exhibition in Poland as part of these efforts.
The exhibition will feature export-oriented products from factories under Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Textile Industry and companies that are members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Bilateral talks are also planned to establish business contacts and develop cooperation.
In this regard, Atagulyyev submitted a corresponding proposal to the President for consideration.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the participation of Turkmen textile companies in the exhibition and instructed the Deputy Chairman to take the necessary steps.
The meeting also addressed other matters of state, on which corresponding decisions were adopted.
