A meeting entitled “Turkmen-Korean cooperation in the development of transport, logistics and seaport management systems” was held in Ashgabat on June 20, according to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan, representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, diplomats of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan, representatives of the Korean Maritime Institute, as well as representatives of ministries, specialized departments and higher educational institutions of the country.
The main purpose of the meeting was to expand Turkmen-Korean cooperation in the field of transport, logistics, as well as in the seaport management system.
The meeting participants discussed the current state and priorities of Turkmen-Korean economic cooperation.
